Net Profit of Home Owned in the First Half of the Year, after listing in 2015, the company has continuously strengthened its ability to control the upstream of the industrial chain, and has formed three core business systems of navigation, MEMS and avionics.

Around the company's three core businesses, Neville Technology has made frequent moves in related fields in recent years: in 2016, it acquired Silex, a world-renowned MEMS contract manufacturer, as its wholly-owned subsidiary; Acquisition of Radium Aviation Century Plus Avionics; Officially become a partner of Baidu Apollo Plan Hardware Development Platform, etc. At the same time, the company also promoted the non-public issuance of stocks, introduced the National Integrated Circuit Industry Fund, and raised funds for the "8-inch MEMS International OEM Line Construction Project" and the "Avionics Product R & D and Industrialization Project".

Talking about the impact of the two fixed increase projects on the company, Yang Yunchun said that the two projects are an extension of the company's existing business and, if implemented smoothly, will enhance the company's Internet of Things and avionics businesses at the same time. "MEMS and avionics businesses have very good market prospects. The company is ready for technology, personnel, technology, equipment and market. It will implement the above two projects through its subsidiaries and is expected to achieve good economic benefits."

Hard work in the three core businesses has also brought good returns

On July 14, Neville Technology released its 2018 semi-annual performance forecast. From January to June 2018, Neville Technology's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 53.0006 million yuan -60.2253 million yuan, up about 120.01-150 over the same period last year.

In Yang Yunchun's view, with the broad market of automobile intelligence and the demand for upgrading of sensing industry, the future sensing technology still has a broad development space in the global scope.

Yang Yunchun believes that my country has become the world's largest mobile phone and automobile market, but mid-to-high-end sensors and sensor chips are heavily dependent on imports. The backwardness of China's MEMS industry is in huge contrast to the strong demand in the domestic market. On the other hand, although China has successively invested in the establishment of some MEMS process service platforms, however, most market participants are still in the transition process from the experimental production stage to the industrialization stage, and are still unable to meet the demand for MEMS products in domestic and foreign markets.

"Through the introduction of foreign advanced bulk silicon manufacturing technology, micro-mechanical process development technology and mass production experience, the need to improve domestic MEMS development and production capacity is particularly urgent and important in China."

Since the acquisition of Silex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sweden, Neville Technology MEMS business has been well integrated and developed, and has achieved rapid development in recent years. Neville Technology also landed the 8-inch MEMS production line, the most advanced manufacturing process platform in Beijing.

"Although the new plant has made adequate preparations in terms of technology, personnel, management and market, it will still take 6-12 months for the capacity and yield to climb. At present, the construction is smooth, and it is expected to be sealed in the third quarter of this year, the equipment will be installed in the first half of 2019, and the trial production state will be entered in the second half of 2020." Yang Yunchun said.
