Naiwei Technology High-tech Qualified Enterprises Add New Members

Recently, Wuhan Maipu Time and Space Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Maipu Time and Space"), a subsidiary of Beijing Naiwei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hubei Provincial Department of Finance and the Hubei Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, certificate number: GR201842000006, issued on November 15, 2018, valid for three years.

This is the first time that Maipu Time and Space has passed the identification of high-tech enterprises. According to relevant national regulations, Maipu Time and Space can enjoy the state for three consecutive years (2018-2020) from the identification of high-tech enterprises. The preferential tax policy for high-tech enterprises is to pay corporate income tax at a tax rate of 15%.

Up to now, the high-tech enterprise members of the company itself and its wholly-owned subsidiaries include: Beijing Naiwei Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Naiwei Times Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Radium Hanging Century Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Maipu Time and Space Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, the company's holding subsidiary, Sellex Microsystems Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., is an integrated circuit manufacturer recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the General Administration of Customs.
