Recently, Qingdao Juneng Chuangxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Cohenius Microelectronics Co., LTD), a subsidiary of Neville Technology, successfully developed 650 V series gallium nitride (GaN) power device products and released PD(Power distribution) fast charging application examples based on this series of gallium nitride power devices, providing a high-performance and cost-effective domestic technology solution for GaN fast charging field, which is currently in strong demand.
Qingdao Juaneng Chuangxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juaneng Chuangxin") was established in July 2018. The 650 V series gallium nitride power device products successfully developed this time adopt enhanced gallium nitride device technology and have the characteristics of low parasitic effect, high switching speed and high efficiency. The series of products have an on-resistance of 55-300 mΩ, a stable output current of 9-24 A and a RdsonxQg of 350 mΩ nC, which can meet the requirements of 0-10 kW of consumer fast charging, wireless charging, smart home appliances, 5G communication, cloud computing and other application scenarios. In terms of packaging, the 650 V series gallium nitride power device products are packaged in the industry's advanced PQFN package, taking into account the customer's needs for ease of use, compactness, low parasitics and good heat dissipation.

Based on the above 650 V Series Gallium Nitride Power Devices, Poly Energy Core has developed a 65 W PD fast charging application scheme, to demonstrate the technical advantages of its own gallium nitride power devices in next-generation fast charging applications. The 65 W PD fast charging application scheme of the poly energy innovation core displayed this time can meet the fast charging requirements of terminals including mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers and so on. Its maximum output power reaches 65W, can support USB Type-C and Type-A output at the same time, and can expand the output function according to customer needs. Thanks to the performance advantages of low leakage, high efficiency and high switching speed of poly-energy core gallium nitride power device products, poly-energy core 65 W PD fast charge no-load power is less than 100 mW, output efficiency is 92%, and the size of the shell is only 78x 36x 32mm, which solves the current pain points of high-power fast charge, large heat generation and unportable size, and becomes an excellent power supply solution for various portable electronic products.
