On-site research activities successfully concluded

On May 23, 2023, Saiwei Electronics held an on-site research activity at the FAB3 factory in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It was also the first official visit organized by the company's Beijing FAB3. More than 40 institutions participated in this research activity, including Tianfeng Securities, Huaan Securities, Guoxin Securities, CICC, Hangzhou Lexin, Boshi Fund, Yinhua Fund, China Merchants Fund, China Life Insurance, Guoshou Pension, Taikang assets and so on. Dr. Yang Yunchun, the founder, chairman and general manager of Saiwei Electronics, introduced the company's basic situation, development process, core business, industrial role, global layout and development strategy; dr. Edvard Kä lvesten, founder, director and CEO of Silex Sweden, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sai Microelectronics, introduced the development history, success factors, growth cycle, human and capital investment, business and customer structure, MEMS market outlook, MEMS business model and competitive landscape of Silex Sweden.

Dr. Yuan Lu, chief scientist of Selex Beijing, a subsidiary of Sai Microelectronics, introduced the hardware, research and development direction, intellectual property rights, representative process technology and how to build a MEMS common key technology toolbox owned by Beijing FAB3; dr. Xiaolu Yin, Director of New Product and Technology Research and Development in Beijing, introduced the MEMS product wafer roadmap, material and process development capabilities of Beijing FAB3, the general process from process development to mass production, typical mass production analysis combined with specific processes, and the latest status of the factory.

Zhang Abin, director, deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of Sai Microelectronics, added other topics of concern to investors. Liu Bo, deputy general manager of Sai Microelectronics and representative of securities affairs, organized and arranged a visit to the clean room of the factory.

Participants visited the FAB3 production site, visited the FAB3 clean room, listened to the introduction of technological innovation, production process and other aspects, experienced the development concept and technological innovation process of the company's semiconductor business, and further enhanced their understanding of the company. This on-site research activity is a long-lost investor on-site open day organized by the company. It aims to strengthen benign communication with investors and continue to establish an open, transparent and enterprising capital market image.
