For the core-building technology engaged in the design and application of gallium nitride (GaN) power and microwave devices, a cooperation intention has been reached with international semiconductor foundry manufacturing giant, jointly develop industry-leading GaN device products. It is expected that the design of GaN device scheme will be completed in the near future, and the development of GaN device products such as flow sheet, packaging and testing will be completed in mid -2019.
