Yunchun Yang

Chairman

Yunchun graduated with a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California. From July 1993 to February 1998, he worked as an engineer at a central enterprise; Studied and worked overseas from March 1998 to December 2007; He returned to China at the beginning of 2008 and started his own business. Yuan Lu

Yuan graduated with a PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Wayne State University. He has been engaged in the R&D of MEMS device manufacturing, advanced MEMS device integration, 3D wafer level packaging, ultra-fine spacing IC interconnect, ultra-high speed opto-electronic device and IC integration, etc. From September 1983 to August 1991, he worked as a lecturer at Southwest University. From September 1991 to January 2012, he studied and worked in the United States. From February 2012 to October 2017, he worked as a researcher at Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Jiayu Zhou

Jiayu graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration from Capital University of Economics and Business. From July 1996 to May 1998, she worked as a reporter at "Economic Half-hour" of CCTV Economic Channel. From May 1998 to September 2003, she successively served as a government relations manager and the office Director at Beijing Representative Office of China Putian Group Eastern Communications Co., Ltd. From October 2003 to October 2007, she worked as the director at the Beijing Representative Office of Guangdong Nortel Telecommunication Equipment Co., Ltd. From October 2007 to May 2015, she served as the public relation director, the back office leader and the consulting director of Hay Group. Bo Liu

Vice General Manager

Bo graduated with a master's degree from Tsinghua University, China and National Civil Aviation University, France. He worked as the representative of securities affairs of SMEI from October 2010 to September 2023. Since September 2020, he has worked as the vice general manager of SMEI, and also worked as directors of SMEI's holding subsidiaries.

Ji Xu

CFO

Xu graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Fudan University and he is a Certified Public Accountant. From October 2012 to May 2018, he served as the Audit Department Manager at KPMG. From May 2019 to May 2021, he was the Senior Manager of the Finance Department at New Hope Group Co., Ltd. From September 2021 to June 2023, he pursued a full-time Master of Business Administration degree at Fudan University. From December 2023 to April 2025, he held positions as the Senior Manager of Finance and Deputy CFO. Now he is the CFO of SMEI.

Lu Zhang

Director

Dr. Zhang Lu graduated from Peking University. From July 2014 to October 2020, he served at Beijing Technology and Business University, successively holding the positions of Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Executive Director of the MPAcc Center. Since November 2020, he has been an Associate Professor at the College of Economics and Management, China Agricultural University. Since October 2021, he has served as an Independent Director of Googol Technology Co., Ltd.
